Account Deletion

Choose how to permanently delete your Gold Break Rush account and online progress.

Have the game installed?

Open Account → Delete Account & Cloud Data, confirm deletion, then verify the same Google account when asked. Keep an internet connection until the game confirms completion. Signing out alone does not delete your account.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the game, use this form to prepare an email. No login is needed. This page does not send the request or delete data itself.

If your email app does not open, email kamistudio.support@gmail.com with the subject Gold Break Rush Account Deletion Request. Include the Google account email used in the game. You must send the email to complete the request.

What is deleted?

Deletion is permanent. Saves, settings and progress stored only on your device are not remotely accessible and cannot be deleted through a web request. In-app account deletion also leaves your local saves available for Guest play. Remove the app's local storage yourself if you also want to erase device-only data. Google Play purchase records are managed separately by Google.

A minimal security record containing only an account identifier and deletion time prevents older sessions from restoring deleted online progress. It contains no email, name or gameplay data and is removed after deletion is verified and old sessions can no longer write. See our Privacy Policy.

How requests are processed

Requests are processed after the account information can be matched to a Gold Break Rush account. We may ask you to verify control of the account email before proceeding; knowing an email address alone does not authorize deletion. Never send a password or verification code. We will reply when the request has been processed or if more information is needed.
